La Grande Longère

 

First floor:

Living room : A spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, opening directly onto a 70m² terrace offering panoramic views of the Basses Vallées angevines.

Marine bedroom: A ground-level master suite with direct access to the terrace. It includes a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, single washbasin and WC.

Laundry room : Equipped with tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, perfect for longer stays.

Separate WC: Located under the staircase for added convenience.

 

First floor:

Lower Valleys bedroom: A double bed (140x190) offering a unique view of the Basses Vallées angevines.

Emerald bedroom : Ideal for siblings, with three single beds (90x190) convertible into a double and a single bed, illuminated by a large velux window.

Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower.

Le Studio: A double bed (140x190), a kitchenette with hotplate, fridge, coffee machine and microwave oven. The Studio also has its own bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a private entrance.

 

Exterior:

Enjoy a vast meadow, a 70m² terrace and a garden shed for storage. The sheepfold, recently restored in 2024, offers a relaxing space next to the boules pitch.
 

As far as outdoor facilities are concerned, you'll find (non-exhaustive list):

• Jeu de boules, Mölkky, badminton, table tennis...

• Children's house with table and dinette

 

2024 “La Grande Longère” cottage rates (minimum two nights)

• Price for 2 nights: from €520

• Cleaning, sheets and household linen package (compulsory): 150€.

 

Decreasing prices from 4 nights (contact us for all other requests).

 

Household linen includes: two towels per person, sheets and pillowcases, tea towels and tablecloths.
